So you're going to run the Boston Marathon and you need to raise money for your Marathon Charity. As a local real estate agent partnering with the company I work for Olde Forge Realty and serving the greater Boston community, I have decided to DONATE $1,000 of my commission to anyone who buys or sells a house from/with me OR refers someone who buys or sells a house from/with me. That is $1,000 less that you need to raise or $1,000 more that you can donate to your cause!! The donations will be written to the charity of your choice at the closing table.

$1,000 for your marathon charity, your cause your running! The $1,000 can be used in time for this year's marathon or next. Everyone knows someone who is looking to buy or sell a house. Take advantage of this service!!

If your not running the marathon and would like to buy or sell a house from me, I will make the same $1,000 donation to my marathon charity: The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
